Travel and Sales Terms and Conditions

By using this website and purchasing any services or products offered, you are deemed to have agreed to the following terms and conditions. These travel and sales terms (hereinafter referred to as the " Terms") apply to the "Bitcoin Mining Destinations" and "ASIC Miner and Hosting" sold through this website.

1. Definitions

  • "This Platform" refers collectively to all information, functions and tools that Customers can access and use on this website and other online services provided by the Operation Support Company.
  • "Customer" refers to any individual or entity who applies for or purchases services or products through this Website.
  • "Tour" refers to a trip to visit Bitcoin mining sites.
  • "ASIC Miners" refers to the computers for mining Bitcoins offered for sale on this Website.
  • "This Website" refers to https://rai-lai.com/ .
  • "Operational Support Company" refers collectively to either one or both of AKN KYGO and AKN Lifeforward Limited .

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing this website and purchasing services or products, the customer agrees to these terms and conditions.

3. A trip to visit Bitcoin mining sites

3.1 Booking and Payment

  • Bookings for trips to visit Bitcoin mining sites must be made through this Website.
  • The contract will be concluded upon application via this website, screening by the operation support company, and approval by the operation support company.
  • The Operation Support company is under no obligation to disclose the reasons for non-approval.
  • Full payment is required at the time of booking, unless expressly stated otherwise.
  • All prices are in US Dollars and are subject to change without notice.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that they meet any visa and other travel requirements required for the tour destination.

3.2 Cancellation and Refunds

  • If approval is not obtained from the Operation Support Company, the full amount excluding administrative fees will be refunded within 30 days of application, regardless of the number of days prior to the tour date.
  • For cancellations by the client up to 60 days prior to the tour date, the client will receive a full refund minus a $100 administration fee.
  • Cancellations made up to 30 days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund minus a $100 administration fee.
  • No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the tour date.
  • The platform reserves the right to cancel a tour in the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g. political unrest, natural disasters, etc.), in which case the customer can receive a full refund or reschedule the tour.

3.3 Responsibilities and Obligations

  • The Operating Support Company acts only as a tour organizer and is not responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage incurred during the tour.
  • Customers are responsible for arranging their own travel insurance and complying with all local laws and regulations whilst on tour.

4. Selling ASIC miners

4.1 ASIC Miner Purchase Agreement

  • After a purchase application is made through this website and payment is received, the sales contract for the ASIC Miners will be concluded when a separate "ASIC MIner Sales Agreement" is concluded between the Operation Support Company and the Customer.
  • Once an ASIC Miner Sales Agreement has been concluded, refunds will not be possible unless otherwise specified in the ASIC Miner Sa;es Agreement.
  • If the ASIC Miner Sales Agreement is not concluded, the Operation Support Company will refund the full amount paid, excluding the administrative fee, to the Customer (unless the Customer is included in the exclusions described in Article 5.1).

4.2 ASIC Miner Management Agreement

  • After a purchase application is made through this website, the ASIC Miner  management contract will be established when a separate "ASIC MINER  Management Agreement" is concluded between the Operation Support Company and the Customer.
  • If an ASIC Miner Management Agreement is concluded, refunds will not be possible unless otherwise specified in the "ASIC Miner Management Agreement"

4.2 Delivery and installation

  • The timeline for installation and start of operation will be provided to the Customer by the Operations Support Company at the time of purchase.
  • Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or other additional charges incurred during delivery.

5. Exclusion of antisocial forces and terrorist organizations

5.1 Exclusions

  • The Operation Support Company is prohibited from having any involvement with organized crime groups, members of organized crime groups, companies related to organized crime groups, corporate racketeers, fraudsters pretending to be social activists, organized crime groups with special intelligence, terrorists, or other similar persons (hereinafter referred to as "anti-social forces") or terrorist organizations.
  • If we find that a Customer has ties to anti-social forces or terrorist organizations, we have the right to immediately terminate the contract and suspend the provision of services and products, without refunding any fees already paid.

5.2 Customer Representations and Warranties

  • The Customer represents and warrants that he/she is not a member of any anti-social forces or terrorist organizations and has no affiliation whatsoever with such organizations.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on this platform (including text, images and logos) is our property and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

    • To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operation Support Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the inability to use the Platform (including, but not limited to, the Website, social media, products, or services).

    8. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

    • This Agreement is governed by the laws of Hong Kong.
    • Any disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions or the services/products provided shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

    9.Changes to Terms

    • The Operation Support Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website. By continuing to use the website after any changes have been made, the Customer is deemed to have accepted the new terms.
